Roasted Pepper Frittata for Breakfast July 7, 2010



I Roasted Orange Sweet Peppers, baked bacon and saute leftover baked potatoes with sweet onions. I scrambled two eggs with a little cream, I mixed it all together in a saute pan. I cooked it on low on the top burner for a minute, then put it in the oven to finish it off for about 5-7 minutes. Very yummy! I will post a picture soon.
