Lunch today, is a ham, Swiss Cheese with Savoy, Lime and Cilantro Coleslaw! This is how I made the sandwich; I used 1 slice of San Francisco Sour Dough Bread I cut it in half, I laid 1 slice of Swiss Cheese on each side, I then put in little bunches of the ham and then the slaw on top of the ham, I then put the two half's together. I used my Panini Machine and pressed down on it and let it do its magic. I cooked it 5-7 minutes until golden brown. This is how I made the slaw, I used Savoy Cabbage about 1 cup shaven thin, 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, about 1 teaspoon of chopped Cilantro, about 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lime juice, cracked pepper and sea salt! This is for one sandwich!
