Dinner tonight; Stir Fry Beef! I saute the beef in garlic, ginger and soy sauce. I bought a package of mixed vegetables in the produce department. I roasted the vegetables; broccoli, garlic, snap peas, red pepper and onions, carrots and bean sprouts. I tossed it all in olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and lemon pepper. I also, made Jasmin Rice, I threw 2 garlic cloves, olive oil and sea salt in the rice while it was cooking. This meal was full of flavor, so very good!
