Breakfast today was a fresh Everything Bagel, from "Bagels and Company" off Biscayne Blvd at about 114th street. Excellent bagels! I have been going here for years, it's like a New York style restaurant. They have all these old pictures of famous people hanging on the wall, of The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, The Who, Janice Joplin, etc..The owner was a fan of Rock and Roll. He also, has old pictures taken of great places in Miami, like Greynolds Park, The Grove, South Beach before South Beach was famous and so much more. I made scallion cream cheese and then added a very juice tomato slice and a few rings of sweet onion. Very tasty! If you have never had a bagel like this you must try it at least once. My dad always had a rule when I was a kid, never say you don't like something unless you first have tried it..
